You will taste street food in Naples and learn how to make the Napolitan traditional pizza, famous all over the world. The region is also known for other product locally produced and exported abroad as the wine Doc Lachryma Christi, the mozzarella cheese and Limoncello, a lemon liqueur traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner alcoholic drink.

Arrival at Naples airport and welcome by your tour leader who will escort the group during the whole stay. Transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast in hotel. This morning is dedicated to street food, you will stroll through the historical centre and enjoy some delicacies of local street food such as the very popular fried pizza and the Cuoppo (a paper cone full of fried morsels of all kinds). Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, a local guide will show you some of the city highlights: the Castel dell’Ovo, royal residence at the time of Normans and Hohenstaufen dominations, the Castel Nuovo also known as Maschio Angioino, and Piazza Plebiscito. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Roll up your sleeves because you are going to attend a pizza class and learn traditional cooking techniques with the help of a local Pizzaiolo. You will make your homemade pizza. In the afternoon guided visit of the archaeological museum. Step back in time on this guided tour and discover a trove of ancient Greek and Roman art. Accompanied by an expert guide, browse archaeological treasures unearthed in Pompeii and Herculaneum; marvel over colourful mosaics and ancient frescos. Transfer back to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you are looking for an authentic experience, a tasting of the Lachryma Christi del Vesuvio is the right thing to do. Before the tasting, you will be visiting the vineyards and the cellar, with an explanation of the production processes. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the Vesuvio and ascent by coach up to 1000 meters. Possibility to continue on foot to the crater. From the summit you can enjoy an immense panorama over the entire Gulf of Naples with its islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida), the peninsula of Sorrento and the Phlegraean Fields. Breakfast in hotel. You will head on to Pompei. Visit of the ancient site, engulfed by an eruption of Vesuvius in the year 79 AD. By their magnitude and variety, by the beauty of the landscape that surrounds them, the ruins of Pompei provide a grandiose and moving vision of what a Roman city of the imperial era could be. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon transfer to your hotel in the area of Castellammare di Stabia. Dinner and overnight.
Breakfast in hotel and departure for the discovery of a real corner of paradise: the Amalfi Coast, spectacular cliffs, coves and beaches, monasteries. Visit of the town of Amalfi, located in the Gulf of Salerno. This small town was once a glorious maritime republic. Visit of the magnificent cathedral dedicated to Sant’ Andrea. Free lunch. Tasting of Limoncello and discover one of the most famous liqueurs of the world. Return to your hotel in the area of Castellammare di Stabia. Dinner and overnight.
Today you will be transferred to a cheese factory that personifies a cheese-making tradition that began in the early 1900s. Here, ancient techniques handed down are intertwined with modern processing steps, creating a perfect synergy between past and present. Tasting of cheese specialities accompanied by local wines. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon you will continue exploring the territory and visit a farm where you will taste extra virgin olive oil locally produced.
