Visit of the town of Amalfi, located in the Gulf of Salerno. This small town was once a glorious maritime republic. Visit of the magnificent cathedral dedicated to Sant’ Andrea. Free lunch. Today you will be transferred to a cheese factory that personifies a cheese-making tradition that began in the early 1900s. Here, ancient techniques handed down are intertwined with modern processing steps, creating a perfect synergy between past and present. Tasting of cheese specialities accompanied by local wines.
